Instructions:
Form the center of a ribbon length into a circle, crossing the ends in
front. Pinch together, forming a bow, and adjust the loop size and
tail length. If no tails are desired, form the length into a circle
and just barely overlap the ends before pinching into a bow.
Wrap the center with wire
and twist tightly in the back to secure. Trim the wire ends, then wrap
a short length of ribbon over the center wire and glue the ends at the
back. Cut each tail diagonally or in an inverted V and finish with
Fray Chek.
